Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Every new organization gets a free trial (28–30 days, depending on plan) with no credit card required. You will never be charged during the trial period, so there's nothing to refund until you actively choose a paid plan.

2. Paid Subscriptions

If you're charged in error, or you believe a charge doesn't match what you agreed to, we'll investigate and issue a full refund for that charge once confirmed.

For a subscription you've knowingly purchased, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge if you haven't materially used the plan (e.g. you upgraded by mistake, or a feature you were counting on turned out not to be available). Requests made after 7 days, or for a billing cycle you've already used substantially, are evaluated case by case rather than guaranteed.

Auto-renewing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from within the app to stop future charges — cancellation stops the next renewal, it does not itself refund the current period.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Charges older than 7 days where the plan has been actively used
• Custom Enterprise agreements, which are governed by their own signed contract
• Add-ons or usage that has already been consumed (e.g. storage, API usage) at the time of the request

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, our payment processor. Depending on your bank, refunds can take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account after approval.
