Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CrewSense mobile application and web platform (together, the "Service"), operated by CrewSense AI ("CrewSense", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization.

1. The Service

CrewSense is a construction and crew management platform that helps contractors and construction companies manage projects, attendance, tasks, finances, procurement, and communication with their clients, all in one place.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Organization admins and owners are responsible for managing the roles and access levels of the members they add to their organization's workspace.

3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

New organizations get a free trial (28–30 days depending on plan, shown at signup) with no credit card required. After the trial ends, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription on one of our plans (Starter, Growth, Professional, or a custom Enterprise agreement).

Subscription payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. Depending on the option you choose, subscriptions are billed either as a one-time payment for a period, or as an auto-renewing subscription that charges automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from within the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others

5. Your Data

You and your organization retain ownership of the project, financial, and team data you enter into CrewSense. We do not sell your data, and we only access it as needed to operate and support the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how it's used.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data your organization enters, and for having the right to share any data (including client or employee information) you upload to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by CrewSense AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our name, logo, or branding without our written permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily suspend access when necessary, and we'll try to minimize disruption when we do.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, though we may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewSense AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
